Can I delete a scheduled message?
Yes, use your Google calendar to delete the event we've created, which will cause our scheduler to skip your message
Can I change a scheduled message?
Yes, use your Google calendar to change the message body or title, but you will lose any HTML formatting. Be careful not to edit other fields as you might affect the message's settings and inadvertently cancel delivery.
Why hasn't my message arrived yet?
Remember... email is still email - it's not an instant message, and while it's usually pretty quick these days a lot of factors can affect when (and even if) your message is delivered to the intended recipient. It's best to allow some time for your message to arrive, and for mission-critical communications always follow up via alternate means to ensure that your message was delivered.
Do you have access to my passwords?
No, we never require, request, or store your Google passwords on our side of the system. All authentication is handled via Google's servers through their documented data-sharing authorization protocols.
